Executive Session Minutes - SELECT BOARD
Executive Session 8:30 PM –-- In open meeting, board voted to go into Executive Session Selectboard members Edith M. and Richy B. with T.A. Nina N. were joined by Karen Cruise to discuss COA space options. Jon F. was absent.
Executive Session
Jim O’Coin, Dave Cruise, and Linda Farineau have met with property manager Scott Laughlin to continue to negotiate a potential lease. Rate has come down to $11.50/sq.ft. but basement area was added, for storage, bringing price down to $10.85/sq.ft. Previous agreements will stay, such as the renovation cost split. Group said lease should specify who covers electrical, fire code standards etc.
8:45 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Edith making a motion to adjourn, Richy seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Edith and Richy each saying “aye.” They returned to regular session
